Poll: Waterboarding is torture (CNN)

A majority of Americans consider waterboarding a form of torture, but some of those say it’s OK for the U.S. government to use the technique, according to a poll released Tuesday.  —  Asked whether they think waterboarding is a form of torture [… ]

And, sadly, it doesn’t make much difference what Keith Olbermann thinks about it, either. But, it is a good chance to reprise last night’s Special Comment..

    I went to the anti-Schumer protest in Brooklyn tonight outside of Schumer’s building. Schumer is very vulnerable politically and is too arrogant to realize it.
