If you run around listening to right-wing talk radio or read only conservative blogs (not that you shouldn’t do either of those things, but some balance would be nice) you probably have a very good image of a man named John Kiriakou. You know the story – waterboarding works. Right? Well, that’s not the whole story. Let’s fill in the missing pieces, shall we? Put that learning cap on, my friends and pull it down tight.

John Kiriakou has completed his “Gee It’s Sad That We Have To Torture People” Tour, and the media has nodded sagely over his every word.
