Michigan and Florida

I think it’s becoming quite obvious that the delegates from Michigan and Florida WILL be seated at the Democratic Convention, no matter what the agreements were.  That’s probably not fair to the Obama campaign, which played by the rules in Michigan and stayed off the ballot.  But, it’s probably the best thing for the voters.  Now, how to divide up the delegates?
