I haven’t figured out exactly why I’m getting innundated with visitors who use AOL, but you’re most welcome to make yourselves at home!  It’s certainly a nice little spike in traffic and I’d  love to have a lot of you stick around.

That was a nice sight to see, when I finally dragged myself out of bed, suffering from nasty allergy/cough/whatever is going around.

Apparently, there are some little “rules” involved with those “stimulus checks” from the federal government. A lot of folks aren’t getting checks for the full amount they expected.  Tax guy on TV this noon says it’s “up to” $600 or $1200 – not a guarantee of the full amount.  Kind of a sucker-punch, I’d say.
