Proving Again That He’s In Charge

No matter what the costs. No matter what the consequences. I don’t think Congress has done a really good job recently, but that have tried to do what the electorate wants them to do. This is one of those things. And the President thumbed his nose at them. And, effectively, at every American who thinks waterboarding is torture.
